Kitchen sink was clogged. It took the plumber about 20-30 minutes to unclog the sink and have everything put back together. A flat fee of $245 was charged to unclog the sink. A service charge fee of $39 was added on top of the flat fee. It was foolish on my part to agree to pay a flat fee. I won't use Lim-Ric Plumbing again because of a flat fee. I will call someone who charges an hourly rate. I did find Clint Lankford, the plumber, to be professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
