Tony Flagg did a bath rehab for us. He gutted out everything down to the studs in the floor. The floor was the original floor in our house. Part of it was cracked and weathered. Instead of cutting a little chunk out, he did the whole thing. He put down a proper cement board and whatever else was appropriate to put down.

There was no window in the bathroom, and we wanted one. Tony helped me select a window that fit. It was a top-of-the-line slider window. He cut the hole out, did a frame, and weather-sealed it. There were some unforeseen issues with getting the supply, but that wasn't related to Tony Flagg's work.
