I had a long multi-faced project on an existing inner-city hospital. PULS responded to several emergency calls for utility locating. They did the locating of post-tension strands and reinforced concrete slabs. They were always very professional, very responsive. Their work was always complete and well-documented. Utility locating is an extremely important activity and if it is not done correctly the consequences are terrible. It isn't worth going with an inferior contractor.
