I'm old. I got diagnosed two years ago with severe osteoporosis. The doctor said to make exercise my job, which is a difficult thing to do. I found Wolf Fitness Systems, and it was so fun that it didn't feel like a job anymore. I got my bones scanned again recently, and my bone density has increased by 7 in the last two years. I'm probably in the best shape I've been in since I was a young, young girl.
