Basically, I was used to doing all my own work. I've remodeled houses and built houses, but I didn't want to do it this time. I wanted somebody who could take responsibility for acting as a coordinator between all of the different pieces, and Cy did a great job of that.

Also, Lai, the design person, was very beneficial as far as helping us quickly settle on some things. She would work with us and maybe present two or three different types of tile to look at and a big picture. When I make decisions, I don't like to be overwhelmed. I talk to Cascade Design Center and say this is the look and feel we want, and they understand that and come back to us with things that we generally selected. So, it was great service to us.
