I was happy overall with my service with Ralph Opfer Floors. Lynn and her staff were very helpful with the selection process of what to remodel with. The only reason I rated them as four stars and not fives was because they had difficulty getting a hold of the contract waivers to do repair work. Other than that, it was a good experience. They replaced our carpets with laminated floors, and luxury vinyl tile. They look great. I love the work they did.
