Ralph Opfer Floors put in hardwood floor in our new house that we had purchased. They then put in carpeting in an existing home in a room where it needed to be replaced. I dealt with Lynn and she was helpful. Her husband came out to do the measurements in both instances and he was very friendly and helpful.
