We bought a house and it was right before Thanksgiving that we came in to Ralph Opfer. We wanted to get a carpet before Thanksgiving and had looked at other places that were going to be 6-7 weeks. Lynn was extremely helpful. Our carpet was able to come in before Thanksgiving, less thank a week from when we went in. I felt like she went out of her way to help us get what we needed. She is extremely knowledgeable about her products and what works for different people.
