All personnel have been knowledgable, friendly, and prompt. My experience involved a replacement ac/furnace in a propane access environment. The recommendation was a heat pump with propane backup which is more efficient and economical than the 12 year old system it replaced. The company employees were professional throughout process including the company scheduled follow up inspections months after installation to insure the system is performing correctly and as promised. Very satisfied!
