For years our downstairs was so cold in the winter that I never used it much. I heard about the Mitsubishi Electric Heat Pump. I do not know how long this has been available, but it would have made so much difference to us. Greg Schomburg came out and made sure we had space for it to be on the wall. He sent his crew out to install it, and then came out again to make sure we understood how to work it. We are very happy with our new Mitsubishi, and really thank Greg for working with us.
