Overall, Schomburg Heating & Cooling is a great service. Recently, they checked on a unit they put in last summer. We had a slight issue with the unit in the beginning because it wasn't correctly installed. The unit has been relatively good after a few services.

Recently, we noticed a lot of condensation on the pipes so we called them. We called them late at night, and they were able to come the next day. They took care of the problem pretty quickly. The filter was a little dirtier than usual due to some cat hair. We haven't had a problem since they came out.
