Not totally satisfied with the service.

Our fridge went out and we called Schomburg Heating & Cooling to repair it. I was not totally convinced the service tech knew what he was doing. He found the fan motor was out so he ordered a replacement. When he was trying to figure out how to install it, it appeared he didn't know what he was doing.

He was trying to modify the part to fit, and he cut the shaft off without measuring the length. When he got it in, it didn't work, therefore we were without a fridge for another day. He then ordered the OEM part and got it to fit. I was not totally satisfied with the service.

We apologize for the issues that transpired during your service call. When we originally received the wrong part we should have immediately sent it back and ordered the correct part instead of trying to make the incorrect part work. In the future we will use this call as a case example for making sure our customers are getting the best service possible.
