Good Install.......................... NO refund as promised

After employing these guys,I Was promised a refund for returned equipment we were not happy with. The policy here must be the 'slow roll', after emails, many phone calls and promises NO Refund!!I WILL NOT USE THEM IN THE FUTURE, and we considered it.

Please note that a refund was issued for the equipment due to the customer changing his mind on it. However the labor was not refunded as the work was done as agreed.
