Our TV was broken when they hung it and turned it on....they wanted to charge us another 60.00 to come back and finsihs the job...i think thsi is a bit high.

Please note that we do charge for trip charges if the product or service is not warrantied by us. In this case your TV was broken and in order for us to come back we normally would have charged $120.00, but were discounting your charge to help offset the cost.
