I actually followed my stylist there, she was at another place before. My first impression was that I was very impressed. Because of the area it's in, I didn't expect it to be so nice. It looks like a building that would be in a Downtown area somewhere. Everything is really well put together and the staff is professional. I feel comfortable there. Even if I'm doing a long procedure, I don't mind sitting because of the comfortable setting.
