We used Family Abbey Carpet & Floor to have an existing wood floor removed and replaced by new tile. Even before the installation, they were very helpful. Someone came out a couple of times for requested estimates. When the installer did come, he was prompt, efficient, and very nice. We didn't mind having him around our home.
