I bought the groupon for tinting for 5 windows on Feb. 11th. It took me 3 weeks just to get in contact to make an appointment because their voicemail inbox was full every time I called. I made an appointment for Sunday the 10th, they never showed up.I called and they assured me it wouldn't happen again. So I re-scheduled for another appointment for the 14th, they called saying they were going to be there an hour late. They did not show up and didn't answer their phone when I called back. This is possibly the worse customer service I've had and I had to ask for a complete refund!!
