Money wasted and very disappointed

I had breast implants and liposuction supposedly. . Not happy at all with my experience. Referred to one surgeon but tricked into using another, 1st mistake. I had procedure and right away, 2 weeks later I noticed issues, breast were not even though they were before surgery and I didn't see a change in liposuction area but was told it's just swelling. Weeks later I was still complaining about lack of fat removed even after following their diet and exercise instructions, they used that as a way to make me spend hundreds more in bogus diet aids. I was totally excited to do this because I had wanted it for so long now I feel taken advantage of because I'd worked hard to produce the funds for the surgery and it was such a waste. I thought Dr. T was nice originally but learned quickly that was only until the money was paid. I was originally referred to Dr. Roman and switched unknowingly to Dr. T by his assistant. Dr. Roman did a much better job on my friend. I wish I would've known when she changed my appointment date that it would end up screwing my whole experience.

First, thank you for your feedback on your experience with our practice. We apologize that you felt uncomfortable with your ultimate decision in physician. One of the advantages in our practice is that we offer our patients several different choices when it comes to physicians. Sometimes our staff will change the patient's appointment, only at the patient's request, normally so as to work with the patient's schedule. In some cases, patients may see a different provider than they were originally scheduled to see, but we communicate this change with the patients and only make the change with their approval.

Additionally, we take the claim made in this review that the patient "supposedly" had liposuction done. This is a series claim against our practice. In our practice, if a patients pay fees for services, they will receive those services. The only exception to this rule is a time when, for whatever reason, the physician decides its not in the best interest of the patient to perform that service. Usually, the only reason a physician would decide not to perform a service would be that he determined the service would not be in the best interest of the patient from a health standpoint. In these extremely rare cases, a full refund is issued for the services not received. We can assure our patients that if they pay a fee for a service they will, without fail, receive that service.

This patient claims she saw inconsistencies with her breasts before and after surgery and saw no results after liposuction. Many times, patients will not realize the results, sometimes drastic results, that become apparent after surgery. All patients in our practice have the right to copies of their photos, and we encourage our patients to request copies of photos. The majority of the time, patients who are claiming a lack of result see their photos and instantly realize that there were indeed results. We stand behind our work, and the proof is in our photos.
