I am sure they are better than this, but I had an overall poor experience. Disappointed in the lack of total hair removal (back). Disappointed in the lack of explanation that I had to stay out of the sun 2 wks prior and 2 wks after treatments. Even then, I was deferred once after 2 1/2 weeks without sun as they claimed I was too dark for treatment (another 3 weeks of summer out of the sun). One treatment burned my shoulders such that blood pooled and I needed Neosporin to heal. The burns came AFTER I complained about it to the operator! Scheduling is another problem as their calendar isn't always ready as far out as the waiting period they require. Great people! High prices. Beautiful facility. I was usually treated well.
