The service was great and loved the lady who did my procedure.
My only concern was that they were late (10 minutes) bringing me into my appointment, but my appointment ended on the scheduled time. I was scheduled for 3:20, but didn't get taken back until 3:30. My appointment ended right on the dot at 4:20. So, I felt like I got shorted 10 minutes of my hour treatment.
