The work done was excellent. However, it took about 1 to 2 months longer than it should have. After my call, an individual came out, said he didn't have the units (despite my telling the service department that the units had been knocked out by lightening) and then I didn't hear a thing until I called in 4 to 6 weeks later. The individual who came out the second time was excellent.
