I used Mark Mongird Construction for a bathroom remodel and a more major remodel. In terms of the work, the scheduling and the cost estimates, they were pretty accurate. Sometimes little mistakes were made but I've never had a project where that didn't happen so they are average in that regard. Sometimes the detail in the follow ups lagged a bit but that is also true for most companies so that's average again. Otherwise, they were excellent.
