The response was very fast. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the issues involved with my older door and lock set. He was very professional and the price was quite fair. Overall, I was left feeling quite lucky to have called them and would recommend them highly. I've had previous difficulty with this door and have considered replacing it after prior, less satisfying service with another company.
