It was a good experience except for one little problem.
Advanced Lock & Security did a good job. They were very polite and very knowledgeable. There was a problem when they installed a lock on my door. They didn't carve out the wood to make the lock flush with the door. I called them up and they've scheduled a time to come out and fix it. Otherwise, the quality of the work has been good.
