I own apartment buildings in Seattle and I hired Bio Clean to work with an elderly tenant who is a hoarder. They knew how to talk with her to get her to take care of the situation and without their expertise with hoarders, I would have been in a different position. I've known of them because we're in the same apartment association but this was my first personal experience in working with them.
