When I first went into the store on Route 17 in NJ, I really liked the sales woman, Eileen. So I called and dealt with Paul I. He was helpful and easy to work with.
Everything about my Hunter Douglas purchase was great. My only minor complaint was that the order took longer that I was expecting. Instead of me calling, I would have felt better if I was called by the store. I just wanted reassurance that the order was late and it was because of the manufacturer.
Paul was very helpful with my choices while being very sensitive to my budget.
