This is the second apartment I've ordered window blinds for from Metropolitan - my experience 5 years ago and recently were comparable. Knowledgable salesperson, timely appointments, blinds came in within a week of quoted time frame, installers professional and neat. Also helped me out with a warranty repair a week before closing on the apartment I sold, during the Sandy aftermath. Would recommend without reservation.
