I had a speaker go out on my back porch. Greg walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone. When that didn't work, he sent a guy to check it out a few days later. I was not in a rush, so the timing was perfect.

Shane came, and he was actually the one who pre-wired our house initially. He made sure everything was hooked up properly. He brought new speakers with him just in case something was wrong with the speaker itself. It turned out that the speaker in our back porch had gotten disconnected when we had some work done on our porch. After he connected it again, he checked to make sure all of the speakers and the rest of the system were all working properly. He was a good guy and a big help. I was very pleased with the experience, and I have no complaints.

Don't think about it; just do it. It will definitely be worth your money.
