We had some problem with sir carpet last year, but they were kind enough to give us a free carpet cleaning re-do. Steve was very good and seemed to know his stuff! He did everything he said he would and more! I am never inclined to give any one or company a 5 star rating, because there is always room for improvement. But in Steve's case not much is needed, and I will give him 4 1/2 stars!
