For anybody in the gulch or around the 12 south area, this is a great place to store your items. It's a very secure facility, but is also extremely easy to access. I stored my items there for 3 months and found them in the same exact condition that I left them in. The owner is a very nice and interesting older gentleman who is extremely easy to work with, and the staff is also very accommodating.

The only downsides are that it's pretty busy on the weekends (it will be harder to find a cart), and that the doors are not automatic. However, you can keep them open very easily by leaving a heavy item to prop the door open.

Would store again!
