Blackburn Pest Control does monthly pest control at my home and occasionally, I have them go out to a rental property we have. I've been using them for about ten years because I feel their price is reasonable--they don't try to gouge you. If I notice a problem with pests after they've sprayed, all I have to do is call them and they immediately come back and spray again. They take care of everything and guarantee their work and I'm happy with that.
