Monster Clean did my floors in the kitchen, and as a direct result, the grout on the tile started coming up. The cleaning got done, but the problem was that the system they used blasted the grout out of the tiles, causing water to get underneath the tiles and forcing them to come loose from the floor. So now I've got spots around the kitchen where the tiles have heaved. I was disappointed because now I have to fix the tiles. I hired somebody to come in and clean, and they created more work for me to do.
