I am one of those people who made a mistake (two of them) and got small tattoos on my ankles in the early 90's. I was very pleased with the package price they were offering at the time and the service has been wonderful. My tattoos have been extremely faded since my treatments and I do believe, we are right on target for getting them off in six treatments. I do not ever have to wait in the lobby and everyone there seems to go out of their way to make my experience good. I would definitely recommend this place for all of their services.
