Sona Medspa of Memphis has a great knowledgeable staff, very well-trained and very easy to understand when explaining the program. They are very encouraging when you lose weight. Even if you are at a standstill, they push you in a positive manner that makes you want to keep going rather than feel discouraged. They don't yell at you, and if you were to gain weight they work with you to diagnose the problem and move on from there and fix things.
