I started going to Sona Medspa of Memphis when I realized I needed to lose weight. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism which made me gain weight. I heard about them on the radio from a DJ who recommended them.

The nurses oversaw everything. There is an overall plan and I knew how long I would be on it and went in twice a week. They gave me extra supplements when I ran out and everything was all natural. They gave me a diet plan to go by but I didn't have to count points. They taught me how to cook healthier and had me eat more fruits and vegetables.
