I've used Sona MedSpa for multiple services, and have had multiple techs and nurses. The staff for scheduling and payments are all really nice. Ashley does the appointments, she's always been very courteous and does calls in advance to confirm. She's really good at getting me booked in. Jennifer does a lot of my procedures, she has always been very nice and professional. Heather & Michelle were great. I miss them, and I'm sad they're gone.
