There is not better than great service. I have been experiencing an issue with tension (so I thought) and Donna went out of her way to ensure my issues were addressed. She took the time to explain what I was doing wrong and what I needed to look for when I changed threads.

I have dropped in at the store and have seen her treat others the same way - with multiple customers, she always takes the time to answer the questions and makes sure the customer understands and leaves feeling good and ready to quilt.
