Donna had seen a post by me on a Yahoo group seeking help with a problem with my Avante. Even though she is not my area dealer she offered to help solve the problem. She sent many wonderful suggestions to help with troubleshooting and was so generous with her time in exchanging emails with me. Sure wish I lived close enough to visit her shop!! She sounds like a great dealer for someone who is looking to by an HQ. If she would offer so much help to me, I'm sure she'd be great resource for anyone who purchases a machine from her.
