The installation was done very well, I'm very happy.
The gentleman from Miller Custom Exteriors that came to visit us the first time did a very good job. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was very reassuring and I felt good after our conversation to go ahead and proceed with the job.
The only issue, and I was warned ahead of time, was that it would take them awhile after signing the contract to come out and do the job. He was fair and told me upfront, which I appreciated. But it certainly took awhile.
