I was driving toward Glenwood Springs and had an issue near a pass. I called Land Rover of Roaring Fork right away, but got there right when they were closing. Roger, the service department manager, was THE MOST helpful person I have ever dealt with at a car dealership in my entire life, which really says a lot. It was too late to have anything done that night, but he made room for me the next day because I was just passing through. The next day, it was fixed quickly enough to have me on my way by noon. It was a perfect experience.

To whomever has the power: Roger certainly deserves some kind of special praise or acknowledgment. He was absolutely fantastic.
