I've been dealing with Land Rover of Roaring Fork for a number of years. They have been consistently responsive in a timely manner. I'm in the customer service business myself so I appreciate it.

For instance, I live 45 minutes away. They send a loaner car, pick up my car, and bring it back when it's done.

My latest instance was a couple of weeks ago and we had a repair, but were traveling for my 30th wedding anniversary. They moved us along very quickly, gave us a great loaner car, they called us, and went out of their way. It was significant work done and they put two teams on in order to get it done in a timely manner. By the time we were done with our day in Aspen, we came back and our car was ready for us.
