SCI Solutions has always been very helpful and very knowledgeable. They have really gone out of their way to make sure our organizational needs are met. If we have any questions or problems they are very quick to respond. If the issue can't be fixed right then, they will keep in contact through email an phone calls until it is resolved. We have been using them for about 18 months, and it has been a real pleasure to work with them.

The SCI order facilitator, the fax solution, is the product we have, and it has decreased the amount of missing scripts by a huge amount. We have had department satisfaction, and Billing has been able to get the scripts and then the bills out quicker. ABNs are able to be attached to scripts, which really cuts down time.
