They have a good team. They are well organized, very articulate, and very experienced. Their communications is also very good. They did webinars and we still have conference calls. They are very dedicated. I would recommend their template for a lot of companies to follow. We started the project earlier this year we implemented it a couple of weeks ago. The product has exceeded our expectations.
