I went on the web-site saw the video & I called Yohance answered & I made an appointment. Yohance even offered same day! That wouldhave been great but I wasn't avaliable. They came the next day & did a great job! I asked him about the rotovac. He explained it to me told me it was alittle extra but worth it. And boy was it! My carpets look AMAZING! HE cleaned my 3 area rugs and the carpet in my man cave. I love their work & its family owned! I will use them again & again! Thanks Trojan carpet care!
