Karakas Roofing did some roof repairs for me at a time when I was really in need. It went really well. They got it done, the roof is fixed, and its all good. I know they're super busy and they had originally estimated that it would take a month before they could come out, but in the end they made it in about 2 weeks, and that was just before the rain really started to pick up. I had water coming down through the light fixtures, so I was really glad they were able to make it out. It was a smaller job too, but they were still able to fit me in on one of the few nice weekends in November just before everything sort of hit the fan in terms of weather. The pricing was very fair, I thought it was good considering the amount of work they did. John came and had 2 workers with him. They were all really good. They took pictures before they started the work and showed me what was wrong. They were very specific about what needed to happen and what they were going to do. They did a really good job cleaning up afterwards as well. I didn't even know they had been there after the job was done, they were so tidy. High quality work. Very efficient. They got the job done and we were set.
