My experience was a good one
Whatever John at Karakas Roofing promised, he delivered. He just rolled on some roofing for an older, flat roof. He did the work during our business hours and it worked out great. On the days he said he was coming, he came on time on those days--and he explained what exactly he was doing. We've had a bunch of rain since then and haven't had any leaks. I'm perfectly satisfied.
