Halfway to my weight goal in 3 weeks, so happy!
I've only been on it for 3 weeks and so far am very pleased. I've not been hungry, no headaches or problems. I am slowly getting back to exercise and love the B 6 and B 12 shots as they help with my energy level. Almost halfway to my goal...and I've had bitter disappointment in the past with other fad diets!
