When I heard about this program, I thought it was something I could not do. Not only was I able to follow the plan, I gained confidence in myself and lost 25 lbs! This is the first time in all the diets I have tried, I have lost weight quickly and safely. It's amazing how good I feel! Ron, my fit coach, has been so helpful with my journey. Whenever I had questions he would respond to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this plan!
