FIT has been a wonderful experienece! The staff is friendly and so helpful! At first I was nervous to start, but the program is really easy to follow and the team is very supportive. I thougth I would only lose 30-40 pounds, but I am now almost 50 pounds and feel great! I highly recommend this program for anyone who needs to love weight and wants to get fit!
