I've been using them for more than 5 years and the service has been extremely reliable, which is the most important characteristic for me. The only improvement suggestion is price reduction. I constantly get brochures from other limo companies with much lower rate to SFO (as low as $45). My ride is $100 minimum, often close to $150 with late / early charges. I suggest you consider giving discounts for loyal customers.
